This hand-thrown 8oz tapered mug is crafted with a subtly speckled reddish brown clay body. The vessel features a gentle tapering curve with a short refined foot and is trimmed smooth. It is finished with a beautiful jade moss glaze that is precisely applied at a crisp ~45 degree angle with an accompanying white pen stripe, creating clean, refined lines that beautifully contrast with the exposed unglazed clay.
These stoneware pieces utilize food safe glazes and are dishwasher safe, though hand washing is recommended to best preserve their beauty and finish. While durable, they can chip if handled roughly—please treat them with care. I personally prefer hand washing my handmade pottery and do not use it in the microwave.
